1923年，日本人井上權七與李水土及其他5人共同於大稻埕創立「台灣石鹼合資會社」。當時日本人將清潔的概念引進台灣，旗下品牌「大春石鹼」以生活必需品為主要發展方向。日本人離台之後，李水土阿公全權承接了自日本師傅習得的製皂技術，秉持「與土地共生」的理念持續經營。時至今日，大春的肥皂依然為台灣人承載著歷久不褪的時代香氣與記憶。

第二代李威信接手後，為後世奠定了大春穩健的研發與製造基礎；現由第三代李國禎與李國榮接力，秉持對人、對地皆友善的信念，繼續將大春培植為帶著日本開始、台灣茁壯且充滿時代香氣與台灣特色的肥皂品牌。

In 1923, in the Taipei trading quarter of Dadaocheng, the Japanese merchant Inoue san founded the Taiwan Soap Limited Partnership with Mr. Li Shui-Tu and five other partners. New ideas of hygiene from Japan were taking hold across the island, and the company's brand, Dachun Soap, built its production around the necessities of the household. After 1950, when the Japanese founders left, Li Shui-Tu took sole charge of the craft he had learned from his Japanese and carried the business forward on a single belief: to live in harmony with the land. A century on, Dachun soap still hold, for the people of Taiwan, the scent of an era that has never faded.

The second generation, Mr. Li Wei-Hsin, built the foundation in research and manufacturing on which Dachun stands today. The third, Mr. Li Kuo-Chen and Mr Li Kuo-Jung, carry that work forward with caring for both people and the earth — nurturing a brand Japanese in origin, Taiwanese in the making, and Taiwanese in character.

1923年、日本人の井上権七氏は李水土氏ほか5名とともに、大稻埕にて「台湾石鹸合資会社」を創立いたしました。当時、日本人が清潔という概念を台湾にもたらし、傘下ブランド「大春石鹸」は生活必需品を主軸として展開しておりました。日本人が台湾を離れた後は、李水土氏が日本の職人から受け継いだ石鹸製造の技術を全面的に引き継ぎ、「土地と共に生きる」という理念のもと経営を続けてまいりました。今日に至るまで、大春の石鹸は台湾の人々にとって、色あせることのない時代の香りと記憶を宿し続けております。

二代目の李威信氏が事業を継承し、大春の研究開発と製造における確固たる基盤を後世に築き上げました。現在は三代目の李国禎氏と李国栄氏がその歩みを受け継ぎ、人にも土地にもやさしくあるという信念のもと、日本に始まり台湾で育まれた、時代の香りと台湾らしさに満ちた石鹸ブランドとして、大春を育て続けております。
