We use fresh vegetables and meats, insisting on handmade specialty sauces, meat patties, and whole cuts of beef steak, while pursuing various layers of flavor.

Our bread is custom-made by the renowned Tianmu bakery, CELEBRATE BAKING. The country-style bread made from Leavening wheat undergoes a three-day process before being baked, resulting in a chewy texture and a subtle wheat aroma. The burger buns are made from a low-temperature, long-fermentation tangzhong brioche, which is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a delightful buttery fragrance. 

Every dessert is handcrafted, including our handmade panna cotta made with premium Madagascar vanilla beans, tiramisu infused with rich coffee and three types of liqueurs, and warm chocolate brownies served with vanilla ice cream, among others. Each dessert is worth indulging in after your meal.
